difficulty and how the quote works

Seren is a flat $35 whichever difficulty you pick, so the only quote question is whether Hard is realistic for your damage. Tell us your class, level and Sacred Force. If Hard is a stretch we say so and run Normal instead of selling you a rerun.

loot eligibility on seren

Seren's damage requirement is counted across the fight, and her phases reset the on-screen indicator, so we watch your Battle Analysis rather than the dot colour. Our carriers throttle during the day phase while you land your share, then finish. This pacing is what the $35 includes. Mitra's Rage: Listed by Nexon among rare boss reward items (Mitra's Rage Coupon, Ride or Die notes, Nov 2024). A per-clear chance from the harder difficulties, never guaranteed.
Daybreak Pendant: Seren's pendant; attributed from the existing menu and the item's in-game description, not re-verified in an official note on September 16, 2026.

Nexon added a Small Concentrated EXP Accumulation Potion to Hard and Extreme Seren rewards in Nov 2024.

what you do during the run

Follow the day and night calls. During the day phase you deal your damage while we hold; at night you survive and stay near the safe spot we mark. Keep your potions bound and do not leave the map after the kill until loot is confirmed.

Weekly reset is Thursday 00:00 UTC. Seren books well on reset night and weekends; tell us your timezone and we confirm a slot in the ticket. Pairs well with a Kalos run in the same session if you have both unlocked.

do i have to share my account for a seren carry?: No. Carries are self-play: you join the party on your own character and keep your own login. Account sharing is never required for carries or coaching.
what does the price cover?: One Chosen Seren, Normal or Hard clear with our carriers in the party, loot pacing on your Battle Analysis, mechanics coaching before the run and stacked drop gear at the kill. Prices are USD menu prices; the final quote is confirmed in your ticket before anything is paid.
what happens if the run fails or we miss the reset?: A failed run gets a free rerun, no questions asked. If we cannot clear before that week's reset, that run is refunded in full. Reschedules are free with a heads-up in your ticket. The full wording is on the refund policy page.
how and when do i pay?: After you confirm the boss list and time in your Discord ticket you get one invoice, in USD, with no added fees. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wise and crypto are accepted, more on request. Larger packages can be split so you pay as runs complete.
