difficulty and how the quote works

Normal and Hard are quoted separately, but both need 500 Sacred Power from you before we can start. Send class, level and Sacred Power; Normal usually runs with one carrier, Hard with two.

loot eligibility on limbo

Three players, thirty minutes. We throttle early while you land your damage share, check Battle Analysis, then push the kill. Erosion and the phase changes punish idling, so your damage windows are called explicitly. The threshold the game enforces on run day is what we pace to; see the loot eligibility guide.

Manage your Erosion, follow the movement calls, and burst in the windows we open. Do not leave the map after the kill until loot is confirmed. If you die, say so; the carriers re-pace.

do i have to share my account for a limbo carry?: No. Carries are self-play: you join the party on your own character and keep your own login. Account sharing is never required for carries or coaching.
what does the price cover?: The price is quoted per party in your Discord ticket once we know your character and setup. It covers one Limbo clear with our carriers in the party, loot planning on your Battle Analysis, mechanics coaching before the run and stacked drop gear at the kill.
what happens if the run fails or we miss the reset?: A failed run gets a free rerun, no questions asked. If we cannot clear before that week's reset, that run is refunded in full. Reschedules are free with a heads-up in your ticket. The full wording is on the refund policy page.
how and when do i pay?: After you confirm the boss list and time in your Discord ticket you get one invoice, in USD, with no added fees. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wise and crypto are accepted, more on request. Larger packages can be split so you pay as runs complete. We never ask for your password, 2FA codes, recovery info or card details in chat.
