difficulty and how the quote works

Easy and Normal are the same $35. Hard is where the Ferocious Beast Eternal Armor Box drops, so if the shoulder is your goal, ask for a Hard quote and expect a damage check. Send class, level and Sacred Force in your ticket.

loot eligibility on kaling

Three phases, three chances to fall behind. We check Battle Analysis after each phase and throttle where needed so your total share stays above the line. On Normal this is routine; on Hard we plan it before the run. The threshold the game enforces on run day is what we pace to; see the loot eligibility guide.

Ferocious Beast Entanglement Ring: Added with Kaling (Nexon, Jul 2023). Ten rings can be exchanged for an Eternal Top, Bottom or Shoulder (Nexon, Jul 2023 notes).
Ferocious Beast Eternal Armor Box: Added to Hard and Extreme Kaling rewards in Nov 2024 (Ride or Die notes); opens to an Eternal Top, Bottom or Shoulder. Drops at a set rate unaffected by item drop rate.
Kalingroid and Kaling's Soul Shards: Added with the boss (Nexon, Jul 2023).

Every drop that lands for you is yours. Chase items are a per-clear chance, never guaranteed.

what you do during the run

Each phase changes the arena. Follow the platform calls, avoid the Peril attacks we flag, and deal damage in the windows we open. If you get knocked out in phase three, say so; the carriers adjust so the clear still lands.

Weekly reset is Thursday 00:00 UTC. Kaling takes longer than Seren or Kalos; book a full window rather than squeezing it before reset. Tell us your timezone.

do i have to share my account for a kaling carry?: No. Carries are self-play: you join the party on your own character and keep your own login. Account sharing is never required for carries or coaching.
what does the price cover?: One Kaling clear with our carriers in the party, loot pacing on your Battle Analysis, mechanics coaching before the run and stacked drop gear at the kill. Prices are USD menu prices; the final quote is confirmed in your ticket before anything is paid.
what happens if the run fails or we miss the reset?: A failed run gets a free rerun, no questions asked. If we cannot clear before that week's reset, that run is refunded in full. Reschedules are free with a heads-up in your ticket. The full wording is on the refund policy page.
how and when do i pay?: After you confirm the boss list and time in your Discord ticket you get one invoice, in USD, with no added fees. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wise and crypto are accepted, more on request. Larger packages can be split so you pay as runs complete. We never ask for your password, 2FA codes, recovery info or card details in chat.
