Story Mode is a solo prerequisite you clear yourself; we can coach it but cannot carry it. Normal and Hard are quoted separately once we know your class, level and Sacred Power.

Baldrix's arena fights are long and movement-heavy. We throttle while you land damage in the early phase, confirm on Battle Analysis, then finish. do i have to share my account for a baldrix carry?: No. Carries are self-play: you join the party on your own character and keep your own login. Account sharing is never required for carries or coaching.
what does the price cover?: The price is quoted per party in your Discord ticket once we know your character and setup. It covers one Baldrix clear with our carriers in the party, loot planning on your Battle Analysis, mechanics coaching before the run and stacked drop gear at the kill.
what happens if the run fails or we miss the reset?: A failed run gets a free rerun, no questions asked. If we cannot clear before that week's reset, that run is refunded in full. Reschedules are free with a heads-up in your ticket. The full wording is on the refund policy page.
how and when do i pay?: After you confirm the boss list and time in your Discord ticket you get one invoice, in USD, with no added fees. PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wise and crypto are accepted, more on request. Larger packages can be split so you pay as runs complete. We never ask for your password, 2FA codes, recovery info or card details in chat.
