Simple rules, in writing. Everything on this page applies to every service on the menu, including login play sessions.

rerun & refund policy

• If a run fails, you get a free rerun, no questions and no forms.
• If we can't complete your clear before that week's reset, that run is fully refunded.
• Big packages can be split, so you only pay as runs complete.
• Reschedules are free with a heads-up in your ticket.

how payment works

• Add maplecarry on Discord and DM us your boss list and time.
• You get one clear invoice before anything starts.
• Pay with the method agreed in your ticket. No surprise fees, all prices in USD.
• Loot up. Leave a vouch if we earned it.

before you book

• Know your world: Kronos, Hyperion or Challengers.
• Tell us which boss or item you're after.
• Ask if you need 5% damage support; see the loot eligibility guide.
• Pick self-play or login play.
• Confirm timing before payment.

a note on what we'll never ask for

We will never ask for your password outside an agreed login-play session, and never for your 2FA or auth codes, account recovery info, or payment card details in chat. Anyone who does is not us.
